This is a release form between the owner of a location and the production company, granting the production full rights to to a location for shooting.
LOCATION USE RELEASE FORM
This agreement ("Agreement") is made this {date} day of {month}, {year}, between {Name of Location Owner}, hereinafter referred to as "Owner," and {Name of Production Company}, hereinafter referred to as "Company," establishing the conditions under which Company may use Owner's location for {name of film, television show, etc.}.
Owner and Company agree to the following provisions:
Owner will allow Company access and full use of location for {duration of production, specific length of time, etc.}.
"Full use" means that Company will be allowed to bring in equipment and personnel for the purposes of the production. Company will remove equipment, at its own expense, at the end of production.
Company is entitled to photograph and/or record the location at will during the production, without the Owner having influence on the way in which the recording will feature the location.
Company is allowed to change the location {details of if/how Company will be allowed to change the location, as well as a stipulation on if/how Company will be required to transform the location back to its original state} .
Owner grants that Company will own all footage, recordings, tapes, etc. that are made at the Owner's location.
Owner agrees to keep confidential any information and/or material {he/she/it} learns or receives as a result of the location being used for this production.
Producer will hold an insurance policy of {amount in dollars} to protect against any damage caused during the production.
